Robert B. Pease

President/CEO/Director

Mr. Pease has been involved with mineral exploration and mine development projects worldwide for the past 30 years. In 2006, Rob formed Terrane Metals with the intent to develop the Mt Milligan Gold-Copper project northwest of Prince George. Terrane advanced the project through exploration, development, and permitting. Construction commenced in the spring 2010, and ultimately Terrane Metals was acquired by Thompson Creek Mining in late 2010 for $700m. He is also a former Director and Strategic Advisor to Richfield Ventures Corp., a junior gold mining company exploring the newly discovered Blackwater gold project in British Columbia. Richfield was acquired earlier this year by New Gold Inc for $500m. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Terrane, Rob was employed by the Placer Dome group for the majority of his professional career. In 2002 he assumed the role of the General Manager, Canada Exploration and Global Major Projects with Placer Dome. In this role, Rob was responsible for managing all aspects of Canadian exploration, and overseeing the geological aspects of advanced stage, major exploration and development projects world-wide.

Mr. Pease holds a B.Sc. degree in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo, a Professional Geologist (British Columbia) certification and is a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada. Rob is a Past-Chairman of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and in 2010 was named "BC Mining Person of the year" by the Mining Association of BC.

Elaine Bennett

Vice-President, Finance & CFO

Ms. Elaine Bennett, C.G.A. has recently joined as Sabina's Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Bennett brings 20 years of experience in the mining industry to the Company with her most recent position as Vice President and Controller with Miramar Mining Corporation until its recent takeover by Newmont Mining Corporation. Ms. Bennett serves as a director on the boards of other exploration companies and brings experience not only in accounting but in corporate transactions including mergers and equity financings as well as marketing.

Nicole Hoeller

Vice-President, Investor Relations & Corporate Secretary.

Before joining Sabina, Nicole Hoeller was Director, IR for Miramar Mining Corporation (also with a project in Canada's Arctic) where she was part of the successful management team that grew Miramar from a C$75 million company to a company that was recently acquired for C$1.5 billion. Along with her 11 years of experience of investor relations and communications in the industry, Nicole has also spent extensive time traveling in the Arctic, liaising and consulting with communities, Inuit organizations and all levels of government about the benefits and impacts of mining in Canada's North. Along with her experience in Investor and Community Relations, Ms. Hoeller also brings experience in a variety of corporate transactions including merger and equity financings as well Corporate Governance.

Jason Hynes

Vice-President, Corporate Development

Mr. Jason Hynes spent the past seven years assisting mining companies in investment banking on identifying and executing mergers and acquisitions, and on implementing financing strategies. Jason worked with producers, developers, explorers and royalty companies, with a particular focus on advising senior management teams and Boards on advancing exploration- and development-stage assets. Jason began his investment banking career as an Associate in National Bank Financials Mergers & Acquisitions group in Toronto in 2005 before moving to their Global Mining & Metals group in 2006 where he was most recently a Director in the Vancouver office. Jason joined Sabina in March 2012 as Vice President, Corporate Development.

Jason holds an Honours B.Sc. (Elec. Engineering) from Queen's University at Kingston and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

Wes Carson, P.Eng

Vice-President, Project Development

Mr. Carson has over twelve years of experience in mine operations, project development, construction and engineering. Wes joined Sabina as Vice-President, Project Development in July 2012. Prior to this he was Vice-President and General Manager with Thompson Creek Metals Company for their Mount Milligan project in central British Columbia. Wes began work on the Mount Milligan project with Terrane Metals in 2007 and was part of the team that advanced the project from exploration, through permitting, development and initial construction, leading to the eventual acquisition of Terrane by Thompson Creek in 2010. Wes has also held various leadership roles with Cominco, Teck, Placer Dome and Barrick at mining operations in British Columbia, Ontario and Tanzania.

Wes holds a B.A.Sc in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia, is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

Angus Campbell

Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Campbell is an exploration geologist with over 20 years of global mineral exploration experience. Prior to joining Sabina, Angus was Exploration Manager for Chile with BHP Billiton based in Santiago. He has extensive exploration and operational experience gained from the initiation and management of green field to brown field exploration projects located in a broad range of diverse and multi-cultural operating environments. During his career he has held senior technical positions with BHPB and Rio Algom with focus on discovery throughout North America, Mexico, Latin America, Peru, Argentina, Chile and parts of central Asia and Russia. Angus was a member of the Spence Cu deposit discovery team in Chile, honored by winning the PDAC Bill Denis Award in 1998.

Angus holds a B.A.Sc in geology from the University of British Columbia and is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
