| Nicole Hoeller Position: Director, IR, Corporate Secretary Before joining Sabina, Nicole Hoeller was Director, IR for Miramar Mining Corporation (also with a project in Canada's Arctic) where she was part of the successful management team that grew Miramar from a C$75 million company to a company that was recently acquired for C$1.5 billion. Along with her 11 years of experience of investor relations and communications in the industry, Nicole has also spent extensive time traveling in the Arctic, liaising and consulting with communities, Inuit organizations and all levels of government about the benefits and impacts of mining in Canada's North. Along with her experience in Investor and Community Relations, Ms. Hoeller also brings experience in a variety of corporate transactions including merger and equity financings as well Corporate Governance. |
